Established in 1998, Shanghai Weihong Model Plastic Manufacture Co., Ltd. grew out of Zhejiang Ningbo Jiuling Mold Co. which was founded in 1991. We specialize in the manufacturing of large and medium sized precision plastic moulds with registered capital of USD4,315,660. We also provide all the relevant services, such as mould design, manufacturing and plastic injection.

We now have 310 employees, among whom 45 are engineers and technicians, 70 are advanced skilled mould workers and 95 are skilled mould fabrication workers. We have many kinds of foreign advanced Mikron and Charmilles CNC/EDM forming machines. The design and manufacturing of moulds all use the newest CAD/CAM system. We have also established inside and outside network systems, achieving the dummy development of products. Furthermore, we have 32 sets of plastic injection machines ranging from 80 tonnages to 1,500 tonnages, 7 painting houses, 2 dry lines and 1 printing line.

In recent years, we have established business relationships with world top companies, such as Samsung Electronics, LG, Hitachi Shanghai, Sharp Shanghai, Shangling, Toshiba, Boschsiens, Electrolux and Mitsubishi. We design and manufacture moulds and plastic products for them.
